PURPOSE: To prevent the titled device from generating a clinker by a method wherein a solid fuel is floated and burnt by sufficient mixing with a burning air, and a burnt ash generated with the progress of the burning of the solid fuel is floated or exhausted from a burning cylinder, a high temperature burning part is prevented from stagnating the burnt ash.
CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel 30 is fed to the inside of a burning cylinder 10 through a fuel feeding port 12, a burning air is blowed from a blowing pipe 18 and a burning air feeding port 17, then the solid fuel 30 is drifted toward the one side wall of the burning cylinder 10, only the outside layer part of the solid fuel is exposed to the burning air, the outside layer part of the solid fuel is floated and burnt by mixing with the burning air, a relatively heavy piece falls downward by the air flowed through an air hole 26, a clearance 24 and a clearance 28. An inner diameter D2 of an exhaust cylinder 22 is structured to be smaller than the inner diameter D1 of the burning cylinder 10.
