This solid fuel combustor has the chimney auxiliary tool around the chimney for assisting self-support of the chimney connected to a combustion air exhaust port of a heat exchange part. The chimney auxiliary tool is constituted so as to be fixedly arranged around the chimney by a fixing metal fitting fixed to a frame. The chimney auxiliary tool also has a heat radiating plate, and is constituted so that heat transferred to the chimney auxiliary tool from the chimney, is radiated to the vicinity of the combustor.
