Title:
SOLID-FUEL-FIRED BURNER AND SOLID-FUEL-FIRED BOILER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015200500
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-fuel-fired burner enabling an exhausted final amount of generated NOx from an additional air input part to be reduced by controlling a high temperature oxygen remaining region formed along the outer circumference of flame.SOLUTION: A solid-fuel-fired burner 20 used as a burner part of a solid-fuel-fired boiler and inputting powdery solid fuel and air into a furnace includes: a pulverized coal burner 21 which inputs pulverized coal as a powdery fuel and primary air into the furnace; and a coal secondary port 23 through which secondary air is blown from the outer periphery of the pulverized coal burner 21. A split member 24 as an internal flame-stabilizing member is disposed at front portion of a flow passage of the pulverized coal burner 21, and a portion of an end thereof adjacent to a secondary air port for fuel burner on an outer circumference side of the split member 24 is removed. The length of a removed portion 24a of the split member 24 is a length such that an edge of the split member 24 does not make contact with the secondary port 23 for the fuel burner when the split member 24 is in maximum heat expansion.
