Abstract:

To provide a solid fuel having adjustable burning flame to increase the variation of the decorative effect of a candle or adjust the burning rate in the case of using as a heat source for carrying or indoor cooking.

A mixture composed of a main fuel 1 and a combustion retarder is formed to a prescribed form to obtain the solid fuel. The main fuel 1 is a liquid fuel and the combustion retarder is its supporting solid, or the main fuel 1 is a solid fuel and the combustion retarder is a substance to delay the combustion of the fuel. As an alternative, the forming pressure in the forming of the mixture to a prescribed form is adjusted between normal pressure to a pressurized state to obtain the solid fuel having controlled heating power or burning period, etc., independent of the presence or absence of the combustion retarder.
