PURPOSE: The titled easily handleable solid fuel of a high calorific value, obtd. by adding a cold curing resin to a mixt. of wood waste crushed into powder or chips and combustible industrial waste followed by pressure molding.

CONSTITUTION: To a mixt. of wood waste such as bark, scrap wood, saw dust or rice husk crushed into powder or chips and combustible industrial waste such as waste oil, waste active carbon or waste plastics, is added 0.5W20wt% cold curing resin such as a phenolic resin, and the resultant mixt. is pressure molded at a press. of 10W150kg/cm2 by means of concrete block molding machine.
