In the separator 1 having the structure that a plurality of recessed groove-like flow passages 2 are arranged in parallel with each other, and that an outlet part of the flow passage is formed with a recessed header part 3, wherein the flow passages 2 join with each other, and that the outlet part of the header part 3 is communicated with a manifold 5 opened in the laminating direction, a bar like water absorbing material 8 is provided along a lower edge inside the header part 3. An end of the water absorbing material 8 is connected to the manifold 5. Water drops discharged from the flow passages 2 to the header part 3 is absorbed by the water absorbing material 8 while discharged to the manifold 5.
