Abstract:
To provide a solid-state imaging device hard to generate flare ghost, by stabilizing the range of an opening shape and an end face angle of an opening end, by using a light shielding member not requiring any special processing.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device has a low-pass filter 40 for removing high frequency components of a light beam passing through an image capturing lens, and a ceramic substrate 20 receiving a sensor chip 10 and including the low-pass filter on the side of the image capturing lens. A light shielding member 60 for shielding a light beam is interposed between a support member 50 having an opening 57 in the center and supporting the light shielding member, and a cover member 70 pressing the light shielding member. The support member is placed on the side of the sensor chip performing photoelectric conversion of the light beam, and the cover member is placed on the side of the image capturing lens. The light shielding member 60 is pressed by a convex portion 71 of the cover member, and an angle formed by an opening end 61 being an edge of an opening 67 of the pressed light shielding member and an optical axis of the image capturing lens is larger than an angle formed by a light beam passing the vicinity of the opening end and the optical axis of the image capturing lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
