Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of a dry product, deformation of a particle shape, and a change in grain size distribution.SOLUTION: The facility of this invention comprises a solid-liquid separation device 51 that supplies a treatment object to a pair of endless strips of separation cloth wound around the outer periphery of a separation roll 7 to compress them and dehydrates them with ventilation gas circulated through a ventilation hole formed in the outer peripheral surface of the separation roll and a horizontal rotary drier 53 in the rear stage of the solid-liquid separation device 51, so that carrier gas G can be circulated into a rotary cylinder 30 of the drier 53 in parallel flows in the same direction as a transportation direction of the treatment object. The treatment object discharged out of the solid-liquid separation device is guided into the horizontal rotary drier 53 under a drop gravity without using mechanical transportation means.
