Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid liquid separator capable of preventing a liquid containing material being agitated in a crushing chamber from being unevenly distributed therein.SOLUTION: A solid liquid separator 1 comprises a feed chamber 40 for a liquid containing material to be fed thereinto, a crushing chamber 11 communicating with the feed chamber to separate the liquid containing material fed into the feed chamber into a solid component and a liquid component, a rotary shaft 30 extended across the feed chamber, a connection chamber and the crushing chamber, a feed screw 43 constituted of a spiral blade 43a provided on the rotary shaft positioned in the feed chamber and the connection chamber in a manner integrally rotatable therewith, a plurality of agitation blades 15 provided on the rotary shaft positioned in the crushing chamber, and a pair of separation members 80a, 80b each disposed in a manner of protruding toward the rotary shaft from a position of the inner wall of the crushing chamber located at the same height as the rotary shaft and located on the middle part of the crushing chamber in the axial direction of the rotary shaft to cause the liquid containing material being agitated to collide to be separated, whereby the liquid containing material fed into the crushing chamber can be heated by agitation to evaporate to separate the liquid component from the liquid containing material, so that the solid component can be discharged outside the crushing chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
