To provide a powder-containing solid cosmetic having advantages of a softy oil gel cosmetic, and an emulsion and dispersion type cosmetic while having the convenience of makeup finishing such as powder foundation, in the cosmetic in an intermediate region of a capillary region and a slurry region.

The powder-containing solid cosmetic containing 60-80 wt.% powder contains 9-35 wt.% spherical powder based on the whole amount of the cosmetic in the powder. Preferably, the average particle diameter of the spherical powder is 25-100 μm. One or more kinds of a solid or hollow acrylic resin powder, a nylon powder, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and a polyethylene powder are preferable as the spherical powder.
