Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid medicine including a low substitution degree hydroxypropylcellulose (L-HPC), if the medicine is granule, the granule is heavy and easily flowing, able to be filled in a hard capsule at high filling ratio, capable of making tablet at high rate with little weight variation, soft and pleasant to the palate and decreasing problems such as cessation of flow in fluidized bed granulation and, in direct compression, the tablet has little problem of weight variation even if the content of L-HPC is high and to provide a method for producing the medicine.
SOLUTION: This solid medicine is characterized by including a low substitution degree hydroxypropylcellulose having ≥0.40 g/ml loose bulk density and ≥0.60 g/ml tight bulk density.
