Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid molding device and a drive control method thereof, capable of preventing deformation of a solid molded product, and suppressing scattering of powder body, during forming of a powder layer.SOLUTION: A CPU of a solid molding device moves a molding table in a forward direction (S3), presses a powder body by a leveling roller whose rotation is stopped, and transports the powder body to a stage part for suppressing scattering of the powder body. The CPU starts rotation of the leveling roller at a P3 before the leveling roller reaches the stage part (S13). The leveling roller accelerates second rotation speed gradually, and reaches first rotation speed when it reaches the stage part. The leveling roller rotates at the first rotation speed on a lift stage, levels the powder body for forming the powder body layer, thereby drag of a molding layer and occurrence of expansion are suppressed. The CPU stops rotation of the leveling roller when the leveling roller reaches a collection part (S16). The leveling roller decelerates third rotation speed gradually, presses the powder body and transports the powder body to a powder body falling part, for suppressing scattering of the powder body.
