Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide electrochemical cell capable of suppressing diffusion of Ni from a fuel electrode to a solid electrolyte layer, and to provide a solid oxide fuel cell including the solid oxide electrochemical cell and a high temperature steam electrolysis apparatus.SOLUTION: In a solid oxide electrochemical cell including a solid electrolyte layer having a perovskite oxide (a) containing La and Ga, a fuel electrode formed on one side of the solid electrolyte layer, and an air electrode formed on the other side of the solid electrolyte layer, the fuel electrode has an oxide containing Ti, and Ni. A solid oxide fuel cell including the solid oxide electrochemical cell and a high temperature steam electrolysis apparatus are also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
