Abstract:
To provide a solid oxide fuel cell having high performance and power density, dispensing with the need for gas seal, by adopting a polygonal tube support whose outer peripheral surface consists of a large number of planes, and to provide a manufacturing method for the cell.
The solid oxide fuel cell is provided that includes a polygonal tube support whose outer peripheral surface consists of a large number of planes, a large number of unit batteries formed on the respective planes, an internal connecting member which connects the unit batteries in series, and an external connecting member which connects the unit batteries connected in series with a power-collecting means.
