Abstract:
To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of improving gas diffusivity and suppressing reduction in a current collecting region, and a manufacturing method thereof.
A solid oxide fuel cell comprises: a first porous metal substrate 2 on which a hole 21 extending from a lower surface to a midstream part of the substrate in a thickness direction is formed; a fuel electrode 3 formed on the first metal substrate 2; an electrolyte 4 formed on the fuel electrode 3; and an air electrode 5 formed on the electrolyte 4.
