Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a solid-phase reaction chip that is capable of simultaneously measuring multiple items using a small amount of a test liquid, and that makes it possible to quickly detect a substance within the test liquid to be measured by a simple operation; and a measurement method in which the solid-phase reaction chip is used. [Solution] A solid-phase reaction chip provided with: a rotating body that is formed by stacking a first base section and a second base section; a cover member that is formed so as to be capable of accommodating the rotating body; and a liquid-absorbing member that is positioned between the outer circumferential surface of the rotating body and the inner circumferential surface of the cover member. The first base section comprises an opening for introducing, via the cover member, a test liquid into a gap formed between the first base section and the second base section. A plurality of binding substances capable of specifically binding to a substance to be measured in the test liquid are fixed to a surface of the second base section that faces the first base section. Also provided is a measurement method in which the solid-phase reaction chip is used.
