This is the solid polyelectrolyte containing a polymer which has a repetition unit expressed by a formula (I-I) or a polymer which has the repetition unit expressed by a formula (I-II) and which is synthesized by a micelle polymerization method, and an electrolyte salt. In the formulae, A1 represents a bivalent or more organic base including a hetero atom, A2 represents a coupling group, Q represents a group expressed by the formula (1) or (2), R2 represents a group expressed by the formula (II), m1 represents an integer of (bonding hand-1 of A1), m2 represents an integer (bonding hand-1 of A2), g represents 1 or 2, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like, n represents an arbitrary natural number, * represents a bonding position, R3 and R4 represent the hydrogen atom or the like, p represents integers of 2 to 6, h represents integers of 1 to 3, and R5 represents the hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group or the like, respectively.
