Abstract:
To provide a solid polyelectrolyte membrane which has a superior oxidation resistance and is suitable as a fuel cell.
The solid polyelectrolyte membrane is manufactured by irradiating radioactive rays onto fluororesin or a hydrocarbon based resin, and after graft polymerizing with a polymerizable monomer containing at least -methyl styrene and styryl group containing alkoxy silane in the resin, a solid polyelectrolyte membrane is manufactured by sulfonation.
