Abstract:

To provide a solid powder cosmetic product having moist and smooth application feeling and excellent impact resistance and storage stability.

The solid powder cosmetic product contains 3-15 mass% water-soluble moisturizer and/or polyhydric alcohol and 1-15 mass% spherical powder of silicone elastomer. The organic value or inorganic value of the water-soluble moisturizer and the polyhydric alcohol falls within the range of (inorganic value)+0.5(organic value)300 and 0.3(inorganic value)/(organic value)2 on an organic conceptional diagram.
