The solid powder cosmetic having an Olsen needle hardness of 60-95 under 2 pound load contains (1) titanium dioxide-coated mica having luster and (2) an adhesive oil component having an adhesiveness value of 35-70 gf measured by an adhesiveness tester. The titanium dioxide-coated mica having luster is preferably the one developing the color by the interference of the reflected light, and the content of the adhesive oil component is preferably 0.5-6.0 mass% based on the whole cosmetic.
