To obtain the subject cosmetic free from a load touch on skin, excellent in an employment touch and a finishing effect, having good make-up durability and useful as a foundation, etc., by including a powdery hollow foamed resin having a specific particle diameter and a specified specific gravity and a powdery organopolysiloxane having a specific particle diameter.
This cosmetic contains (A) 0.01-10 wt.% of a powdery hollow foamed resin having an average particle diameter 10-80 μm and an apparent specific gravity of ≤0.4, obtained by thermally foaming thermoplastic resin spherical particles (e.g. polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate) encapsulating a thermally vaporizable volatile foaming agent (ethane, propane, etc.), and preferably coated with an inorganic powdery material (talc, sericite, etc.), (B) 0.5-30 wt.% of a powdery organopolysiloxane having an average particle diameter of 1-20 μm and, if necessary, (C) 5-30 wt.% of an oily component (olive oil, caster oil, etc.).
