To obtain a solid preparation composition having a high quality and prevented in degradation to stabilize the composition with time by compounding a vitamin B1 derivative with a specific stabilizer.
This solid preparation composition contains a vitamin B1 derivative (especially preferably a vitamin B1 derivative having a disulfide bond) and further starch and calcium biphoshate as stabilizers. The calcium biphosphate is compounded in an amount of 0.01-10 pts.wt. per pt.wt. of the vitamin B1 derivative. The starch is also compounded in an amount of 0.01-10 pts.wt. per pt.wt. of the vitamin B1 derivative. The vitamin B1 derivative is e.g. bisibuthiamine, thiamine disulfide, bisbentiamine, etc., especially the bisbentiamine having a remarkable stabilization effect. The starch is preferably corn starch or potato starch.
