Abstract:
To provide a solid preparation suppressing ibuprofen sublimation in a solid preparation containing ibuprofen, especially ibuprofen (2-(4-isobutylphenyl)propanoic acid) and tranexamic acid (4-aminomethyl-1-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid).
The solid preparation comprises ibuprofen and tranexamic acid in an inner layer and a polyvinyl alcohol and a silicic acid in an outer layer. The solid preparation is sealed in a closed storage container and hermetically preserved.
