PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely carry out crushing, agitation, and mixing of a mixed prepared material and to carry out good adjustment.SOLUTION: This device pivotally supports a rotary shaft 7 in a coaxial direction in a cylindrical drum case 4 for receiving and discharging a processed product W, spirally and radially arranges many conveyance claws 9a having tips deformed to convey and agitate the processed product by normal rotation in the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 7, arranges back claws 9b having tips deformed oppositely to the conveyance claws 9a to leave or convey the processed product to agitate it in a reverse direction by the normal rotation of the rotary shaft 7 in the claw array, and approaches the back claws 9b to the start end side and the tail end side of the claw array to distribute them, the conveyance claws 9a being arranged in the longitudinal direction of the processed product conveying direction of the back claws 9b. In the claw array in which one or two back claws 9b are adjacently provided among the plurality of conveyance claws 9a, flat claws 9c prevented from bending or twist-deformation toward a side face and having a crushing function of mainly the processed product W are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
