PURPOSE: To achieve improvement of mechanical strength such as bend strength, repellency, etc., by a method wherein a resin stuck quantity of both obverse and reverse ground fabrics of resin moldings which have a solid structured dish cloth having an intermediate layer of both obverse and reverse ground fabrics being connected with a connecting yarn as a base material, is made at least 30 % of total resin stuck quantity.
CONSTITUTION: By means of a fiber in X, Y, and Z axis directions crossing mutually at right angles, an obverse ground fabric 1, a reverse ground fabric 2, and an insertion ground fabric 5 are formed in the X and Y axis directions with a yarn, and a solid structured textile fabric 4 is prepared by taking a yarn in the Y axis direction as a connecting yarn 3 with a three-dimensionally weaving machine. Successively, after impregnating the solid structured textile fabric 4 with resin, excess resin is removed with, for example, a mangle. The solid structured textile fabric 4 is solidified, and a resin stuck quantity of the obverse and reverse ground fabrics 1, 2 is made at least 30 % of total resin stuck quantity. A bend strength of the solid resin composite is mostly a composite strength of the obverse and reverse ground fabrics 1, 2 and the obverse and reverse ground fabrics-stuck resin. Further, its repellency is caused by solidification with resin of the connecting yarn 3 and connecting points between the connecting yarn 3 and the obverse and reverse ground fabrics 1, 2.
