The shake-out cap comprising a lid body 10 formed with shake- out ports 11 for discharging contents in a container and mounted outside a mouth of the container and an upper lid 20 for lidding the shake-out port 11 of the lid body 10 is provided. A coupling hinge 30 is formed on an external lateral face of the lid body 10. The upper lid 20 and the lid body 10 are integrally formed via the coupling hinge 30. Fitting ribs 12 are made to rise around the shake-out ports 11, and fitting bodies 21 to be fitted with the ribs 12 for sealing the ports 11 are made to protrude from a lower surface of the upper lid 20.
