In a solid-state electrolytic capacitor where in a composition comprising an aniline compound, organic solufonic acid, water, organic solvent and a compound expressed by a formula (wherein R1 and R2 show a 1-6C alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkoxyl group or a 2-6C alkanoyl group independently, (p) is an integer of 0 to 5 and (q) is an integer of 0 to 4 and (n) is an integer of 1 to 7), and electrolyte of polyaniline is formed inside and outside a capacitor element, a weight average molecular weight of electrolyte of polyaniline is made 5000 to 25000 and a weight average molecular weight of electrolyte of polyaniline inside a capacitor element is made larger than a weight average molecule weight of electrolyte of polyaniline outside.
