Abstract:
To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus which can read a pixel signal at a high speed without collision of the read pixel signal on an output signal line, for a plurality of pixels arranged in a row direction.
In an arrangement of a pixel portion 10, an arrangement in which a plurality of pixel signals output from a plurality of pixels (n units of pixels) arranged in a row direction (vertical direction) are respectively transmitted to different output signals 151-15n in each row (the first row- the mth row) is used. A reading control and a reset control of the pixels are concurrently performed.
