Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of improving sensitivity, and reducing saturation of output charge.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device comprises a pixel region and a processing circuit. The pixel region comprises pixel groups 20 arranged in a matrix. Each pixel group 20 is configured by pixels. Each pixel comprises an opening region through which light passes. The processing circuit processes signals from the pixel region. The processing circuit outputs image signals of the pixels that configure the pixel group 20. The pixels that configure the pixel group 20 include a first pixel and a second pixel. A normal pixel 21 that is the first pixel comprises a first opening region 23. A light-shielding pixel 22 that is the second pixel comprises a second opening region 24. The second opening region 24 is smaller than the first opening region 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
