Abstract:
To reduce the degree of limited resolution of a solid-state imaging device by resolution of near-infrared light.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises: an optical member (117a) corresponding to a photodiode (111a) having a first wavelength as a peak wavelength of light to be received; and an optical member (117b) corresponding to a photodiode (111b) having a second wavelength shorter than the first wavelength as a peak wavelength of light to be received.
