Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide members constructing solid structure designed by 3D-CAD, its design method, connecting method and assembly kit.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a process of manufacture of three-dimensional structure designed by CAD comprising the steps for developing a three-dimensional structure into an expansion plan; cutting components in reference to the expansion plan; calculating an adhering angle of each of the components; applying a threaded hole position and number to each of the members; drafting an instruction document indicating a corresponding relation of codes of the connecting part; calculating an extension of the member in reference to an adhering angle and correcting it; drafting a design plan for each of the members added with adhering part; opening a threaded hole to the member and applying a thread hole number and a component number; cutting out the member; bending the adhering part of the member to a specified angle; and connecting the bent members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
