Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve ventilation and catchment and drainage effects by forming the air gaps of cord sections while lightening a solid structure-shaped net and facilitating handling by forming the cord sections parting mesh holes in a hollow solid shape as the net.
CONSTITUTION: A net A having solid structure composed of surface and rear bases 3, 4 by a net texture having comparatively coarse meshes and connecting thread 5 connecting the surface and rear bases 3, 4 is manufactured through a means such as braiding, weaving, synthetic-resin formation, etc., and cord sections 2 parting mesh holes 1 are formed in a hollow solid shape. Reticulate pipes made of fibers or a synthetic resin are crossed and bonded, thus manufacturing a net, in which the cord sections are composed of the reticulate pipes.
