Abstract:
To provide a solid waste treatment method capable of treating harmful heavy metals contained in solid waste such as fly ash or the like, which method has no possibility of producing a hydrogen sulfide gas even when the waste containing an acidic substance is treated and capable of stably fixing the harmful heavy metals.
The solid waste treatment method is characterized in that urea and thiourea are added to the solid waste to treat the waste preferably at a temperature of 100 or higher and below 300°C.
