PURPOSE: To obtain a blanket having the whole napped surface with a solid pattern by alternately arranging plural kinds of weft yarns having different thicknesses in order and weaving the weft yarns so as to increase the density in which thicker weft yarns are placed on warp yarns in positions of a floating pattern raised to the surface using a Jacquard machine.

CONSTITUTION: Plural kinds of weft yarns having different thicknesses are alternately arranged in order and woven so as to increase the density in which thicker weft yarns are placed on warp yarns in positions of a floating pattern raised to the surface using a Jacquard machine. Thereby, the resultant woven fabric is uniformly napped to form a blanket.
