Abstract:

To provide a solidification analysis method for an alloy molten metal in consideration of an supercooled state.

The solidification analysis method for the alloy molten metal includes a solidification analysis process comprising: a solidification property defining step where supercooling solidification properties showing the correlation between the solid phase ratio or eutectic solidification temperature and the cooling velocity of an alloy molten metal are defined; and a solidification analysis step where, based on the supercooling solidification properties, a solidification process through which the alloy molten metal is solidified in a packed element as a cavity element packed with the alloy molten metal is calculated with the lapse of time. By performing simulation in consideration of such supercooled state, solidification analysis with higher precision can be relatively easily performed on various alloy molten metals.
