PURPOSE: A solubilizer contains a combination of a specific ionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in a specific range, thus showing increased solubilization power and resistance to temperature change.
CONSTITUTION: An ionic surfactant selected from a metal salt of alkylpolyalkyleneoxidesulfate of formulaI(R1 is 10W18C alkyl; X is alkylene oxide; m' is 1W6; M1 is cation), metal salts of dialkylsulfosuccinic acid of formula II (R2, R3 are 8W18C alkyl; M2 is monovalent cation) and α-branched fatty acid soap of formula III (m" is 1W10; n is 8W16; m"≤n, m"+n≤18; M3 is monovalent cation) and a nonionic surfactant, preferably with narrow distribution between alkyl groups and hydrophilic groups, are combined at a weight ratio of 15/85W95/5, preferably 70/30W30/70. The nonionic surfactant is added to the oil layer component, while the ionic one, to the aqueous layer, then they are mixed under agitation at room temperature to 85°C in a preferable example.
