To solve the problem wherein, in a liquid desiccant device, energy saving is performed by a solution-exchanging heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a high temperature concentrated solution and a low temperature dilute solution, but as in the conventional liquid desiccant device, because the amount of a solution and time for the solution to pass through the solution-exchanging heat exchanger of the thick solution and the dilute solution are not controlled, the time that the amounts of the concentrated liquid and the dilute liquid passing through the solution-exchanging heat exchanger are different is long, the exchanged heat amount is small, and the saved energy is small; and to solve the problem wherein the solution becomes diluted as the solution amount in a solution tank of a processor is increased by moisture absorbed by the processor, and moisture absorbing function is deteriorated.
As a means for solving the two problems, the pump rotational speeds of the concentrated solution and the dilute solution are controlled, or the pump rotational speed or a valve is controlled so that the feed amount of the dilute solution is increased to the absorbed moisture amount or more by the valve provided in a solution-exchanging conduit line.
