PURPOSE: To propagate microwaves with high efficiency and to separate solns. efficiently by placing a composite sheet having a conductive sheet for application of high frequency voltage and permeable passages in a folded state in the solns.
CONSTITUTION: A water permeable and conductive sheet 2 and a sheet 3 for passages of permeated liquid are laminated between dielectric porous films 1 which are permeable to alcohols and are repellent to water into one body and both end edges of the films 1 are sealed. Such composite sheet A are placed in a case 4 in the zigzag folded state, and both ends A1, A2 are led water tightly out from the walls of the case 4. When aq. alcohol solns. are filled in the case 4 and a high frequency voltage is applied to the sheet 2, the films 1 repeat charging and discharging and generate microwave oscillations. Then, the solns. are parted to alcohol and water. The alcohol flows through the films 1 and the sheet 2 to the passages 3 and is removed from the bottom end A2 of the sheet A.
