To accurately control the amount of remaining solvent included in a film by monitoring the amount of solvent included in the film formed by printing, and determining an end point of a drying time.
An infrared ray 15 reflected by a specimen support 11 composed of metal and a metallic film incorporated in a specimen 18, is received by a detector 17 and converted into a signal, and the signal is input to an operation processing portion 20 and a control portion 21. Values of an amount of remaining solvent estimated from the infrared ray absorbing amount of the solvent of an organic film 19 measured by an infrared ray absorbing method and an amount of solute estimated from the infrared ray absorbing amount of solute are input to the operation processing portion 20 to measure an end point determination value of a solvent drying process.
