Abstract:
To provide a solvent recovery system having excellent energy saving properties by enabling a solvent to be efficiently recovered from a raw material liquid containing polymer particles, water and the solvent.SOLUTION: A solvent recovery system includes a membrane separation mechanism 10 for separating a raw material liquid F into a first membrane permeation liquid 10A that contains water and a solvent and does not contain polymer particles and a first membrane separation liquid 10B containing the polymer particles in a higher ratio than the raw material liquid by permeating a first membrane, a second membrane separation mechanism 20 for holding a prescribed amount of the first membrane separation liquid separated by the first membrane separation mechanism in a separation liquid tank 21, continuously or intermittently supplying water to the separation liquid tank, permeating a second membrane while diluting the first membrane separation liquid, and separating the first membrane separation liquid into a second membrane permeation liquid 20A that contains the water and the solvent and does not contain the polymer particles and a second separation liquid 20B containing the polymer particles, and the solvent in a lower ratio than the first membrane separation liquid, and a solvent recovery mechanism 40 for recovering the solvent by separating the solvent and the water from a solvent recovery object liquid obtained by combining the first membrane permeation liquid and the second membrane permeation liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
