Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soot blower operation method and a soot blower control device allowing for prevention of a rapid increase in discharging amount of gas or dust from a boiler when deposition is removed from a group of heat transfer tubes.SOLUTION: There is provided an operation method of soot blowers which are provided for each group of heat transfer tubes in a boiler having a plurality of heat transfer tube groups for heat exchange with discharged gas discharged from a waste incinerator. In the operation method of soot blowers, the soot blowers in the boiler provided for each of a plurality of waste incinerator inject steam in sequence for each group of the heat transfer tubes intermittently and after finishing injection of steam into one group of heat transfer tubes of one boiler, steam injection into one group of heat transfer tubes of another boiler is started and steam injection of the soot blower in another boiler is performed during waiting of steam injection of the soot blowers in one boiler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
