Abstract:
To provide a sort apparatus capable of all of mass measurement, sorting, and boxing in a series of actions.
A sort apparatus 100 includes a robot hand 2, a robot arm 3, a force sensor 1, an acceleration sensor 4, and a controller 40. The force sensor 1 is disposed between the robot hand 2 and the robot arm 3, and measures force applied to an item during its movement. The acceleration sensor 4 measures acceleration generating in an item during its movement. The controller 40 calculates the mass of an item Q on the basis of force applied to the item Q and acceleration in the item Q until the item Q is moved to a sort destination, and determines the sort destination of the item Q in accordance with the calculated value.
