Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorter for waste capable of reducing the size and space of the apparatus and remarkably lessening clogging without increasing the size of the apparatus.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a box shaped hollow body 4 having a waste supply port 2 in the upper part on one end side and a waste discharge port 3 in the lower part on another end side oscillatably by a vibrating means 6 and is nearly horizontally provided with a perforated member 5 for transporting the waste supplied from the supply port toward the discharge port side while sieving down the waste on the intermediate position in the direction of height of the body. The approximately half part of the supply port of the perforated member is formed as a sieving section 5a having many sieving holes 5b and the approximately half part on the discharge part side of the same is formed as a winnowing section 5c having many winnowing holes 5f. A waste transporting section 90 is disposed below the sieving section 5a of the perforated member and the part below the winnowing section 5c is formed as a block chamber 15 for the winnowing section. A sieving section 18 of a type to make combination use of wind power is disposed in the position below the block chamber 15 for the winnowing section and adjacent to the transporting section 90. The part below the sieving section of the type to make combination use of wind power is formed in a block chamber 19 for the sieving section of the type to make combination use of wind power.
