PURPOSE: To permit the business sheets accommodated into each business-sheet tray to be easily taken-out and increase the business-sheet accommodation capacity of the business-sheet tray by providing flexiblity for the business-sheet tray by forming the business-sheet tray from a soft material.

CONSTITUTION: A sorter 30 is installed directly at the discharge port of a copying machine 36 and is constituted of a distributor 31 and a plurality of trays 32W35 supported at a proper intervals in the transfer range of the distributor 31. In this case, each tray 32W35 is formed of the soft material such as synthetic resin which possesses the sufficient rogidity for supporting a business sheet 37 and a proper elasticity. Therefore, when the business sheet 37 is taken-out from each tray 32W35, the edge part of the business sheet 37 is exposed by deflecting downward each tray 32W35, and the business sheet 37 can be easily taken-out by taking the edge part. When the business sheets 37 are fully loaded into each tray 32W35, the business sheet 37 can be taken-out easily by upwarly deflecting the uppermost tray.
