The fed particle mixture of different plastics is charged by friction with rotated rotary blade 3 existing inside a charging container 2. Further, the charged particle mixture of the plastics is adsorbed to a conveyor as a recovery device existing inside the charging container 2 separately corresponding to a charged polarity (positive or negative polarity). Thus, a container is not required for recovering the uncharged particle mixture, and the particle mixture of the plastics is sorted at a high recovery rate.
