Abstract:
PURPOSE: To operate a sorting collecting vehicle by only one driver easily, safely, hygienically, and efficiently by mounting a loading conveyer, a magnetic rotor aluminum selector, a suspended magnetic selector, a can presser, and a wind force selector on the vehicle body.
CONSTITUTION: An empty can, an empty bottle, a paper cup, and the like are delivered by the fixed amount to the upper end by a loading conveyer B to be thrown into a feeding hopper 29, and are fed onto a belt conveyer 24 to be delivered. A magnet of a suspended magnetic selector C installed on the upper side of the belt conveyer 24 attracts only a steel can onto a belt conveyer 12 and the steel can is thrown into an empty can hopper 41 via a chute 50 to be stored, and then the steel cans are pressed into a block inside a press casing 42. On the other hand, an aluminum can delivered to the point end by the belt conveyer 24 is rejected to the front side by a magnet rotor of an aluminum selector D to be dropped into a front side hopper part, 35a, stored in a storage box 38, thrown into an empty can hopper 41, and handled as well as the steel cans. An empty bottle and a paper cup are dropped into an intermediate hopper 35b and are sorted by a wind force selector F to be stored in a storage box 39 dividedly.
