PURPOSE: To divide an installation space for a machine equipment from a walkway space, and contribute to the workability and safety by winding out two tapes from a roll up unit installed to one wall, and spanning the tapes to the other wall.

CONSTITUTION: Two tapes 26 are wound up around a hoist 14 mounted on one wall of the opposed walls and incorporated and windably installed. A manipulator 32 is installed to the tapes 26 so as to wind up the tapes while a cover 46 is installed to cover the tapes 26 and forms a through hole 54 for insertion of the tapes and the cover 46 comprises a fixing cover 48 and an open cover 50 respectively. When they are not used, the tapes 26 are wound up around a hoist 18 and housed. When they are used, the tapes are unwound and spanned to the other wall 6. A locking hole 34 of the manipulator 32 at the tip is locked with stoppers 66 of a stopper unit installed to the wall 6.
