To provide a sorting device for plastic, in which sorting of plastic pieces accompanied by recycling can be performed at every kind with high precision.
A recovery part 11 arranged in the lower part of a metallic drum electrode 6 is constituted of a recovery vessel 12 recovering plastic pieces 2, a separator 21 which is arranged in the recovery vessel 12 oscillated around a supporting shaft 32, a control part 24 controlling action of the separator 21, two recovery chambers 22, 23 formed by comparting the recovery vessel 12 by the separator 21 and a purity measuring device 43, in which purity of the plastic pieces 2 recovered in the recovery chamber 22 on the metallic drum electrode 6 side is measured and outputted to a control part 18. Further, fluctuation of purity of the plastic pieces 2 during operation is detected by the purity measuring device 43 and also the separator 21 is swung through the control part 24 and thereby width of an opening part in the recovery chamber 22 is regulated.
