Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and recover plastic pieces with high purity.
SOLUTION: Below a triboelectrifying device 2 for agitating plastic pieces 1a, 1b, an upper first electrostatic separator 10 and a lower second electrostatic separator 12 are installed. The first electrostatic separator 10 is provided with a first drum electrode 13 and a first counter electrode 15 arranged oppositely to the first drum electrode 13, and the second electrostatic separator 12 is provided with a second drum electrode 17 and a second counter electrode 18 arranged oppositely to the second drum electrode 17. The plastic pieces 1a, 1b are separated over plural times, thereby surely separating them according to the polarity/charged quantity thereof to recover them.
