Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting device capable of smoothly carrying and diverging a carried object by reducing a gap generated between a guide roller and a carrier roller at the time of turning of the guide roller.
SOLUTION: This sorting device comprises plural carrier rollers 13 provided side by side in a carrying direction along a carrier plane 18, plural guide rollers 15 provided side by side in the carrying direction adjacently to the carrying direction of the carrier rollers 13, and transferring rollers 17 provided between the carrier rollers 13 and the guide rollers 15. When the guide rollers 15 are turned from a parallel state to the carrier rollers 13, the end part side of the transferring roller 17 corresponding to the end part side of each the guide roller 15 moving apart from the carrier rollers 13 is moved to follow the movement of the end part side of the guide roller 15. Because the transferring roller 17 is moved in a gap generated between the carrier roller 13 and the guide roller 15 to reduce the gap, the falls of carried objects into the gap are reduced and the carried objects are smoothly carried and diverged.
